All tags must be attached to the garments (NO exceptions). We will ship the first time exchange via Economy Service at no charge. If you return that exchanged item for another exchange your credit card will be charged for the return shipping for the second exchange.

We will credit your credit card the full cost of the returned merchandise* (refunds exclude shipping costs). Absolutely No Returns will be accepted for any reason if postmarked later than 30 calender days from your receipt of merchandise. If you choose to send items back after that date, the package will be shipped back to you.

All tags MUST still be attached to the garments. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. Items returned in this condition will be refused and returned. In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective at time of purchase, we will replace it at no charge (tags must still be attached). Swimsuits are delicate by nature and can be easily damaged through improper care or handling. We do not offer an extended warranty and will not accept returns for any reason once the tags have been removed. Although defects are very rare, we encourage you to inspect your swimsuits carefully at time of purchase prior to removing tags. Credits are generally issued within 40 days of our receipt of returned merchandise.

*If you return an item for a refund and your credit card has expired or is no longer active your refund will be issued as a credit towards a new purchase, no exceptions. No refund checks will be issued or refunds to a second credit card for any reason. All refunds must be issued to original credit card used for the purchase.
